What a marvelous geeky world: ISO 15919 is a standard for transliterating Indic scripts into the Latin alphabet. It's devanagari portions are similar to IAST (International Alphabet of Sanskrit Transliteration). Of course, with Unicode, it shouldn't matter.

Fri, January 26, 2007 - 1:39 PMI like any organization that has a Central Secretariat. Reminds me of bureaucracy at its best, like the Comintern. And secretariat, like secretary, comes from the Latin for secret as in one entrusted with such.
